These terms & conditions constitute the full agreement between you and Advance Canna and may only be amended in writing.

By purchasing, you agree that all details you provide to Advance Canna for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, and that you have the sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.

Due to the nature of the internet there may be interruptions to services or website availability due to repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new services. We will naturally try to minimise these instances and strive to avoid any “down time”.

Advance Canna may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.

To place an order online visit www.advance-canna.co.uk Once your order has been placed and completed online you will be sent an automated e-mail confirmation of your order. This e-mail is an auto generated by the website and does not mean that we can definitely meet your order. It simply confirms that your order and all relevant details were received and are progressing through our system.

Advance Canna may cancel any order and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time without notice. If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights. Every order is treated as individual and will be processed as such.

Any defective, damaged or incorrect orders shipped will be replaced or refunded according to our terms and conditions ONLY if we are notified within 7 days of receiving your order and it is reasonable to do so.

All products and services are subject to availability. Advance Canna endeavours to keep accurate stock levels however in the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you by email and or telephone to discuss the options available. If a suitable replacement is not available we will refund you for this item. If the item purchased is still required and a similar replacement cannot be found we will retain the order until such time that the item ordered comes back into stock.

Advance Canna is not able to control, or take responsibility for the actions of Customs and Excise. All packaging is discreet and no indication of contents is displayed, however if the items you have ordered are not in line with the laws in your area, you run the risk of customs interfering with your package. We are unable to help you in this situation.

Cash – Goods dispatched on receipt – We generally only accept UK £ STERLING*

Postal Order – Goods dispatched upon receipt

Cheque – Goods dispatched on receipt – We only accept UK £ STERLING

Bank Money Transfer – Goods dispatched upon receipt – We accept UK £ Sterling, Euros and Dollars but you will receive the correct bank account details to pay based on your shipping address after checking out.

* If you choose to send cash in any other currency other than UK £ Sterling, please contact us for the value of funds you need to send, as we will need to work out the value you need to send based on the exchange rate at the time of receiving your funds. Advance Canna accepts no responsibility for the loss of any money in the post, we advise you send any payment in the mail via recorded delivery.

Customers are responsible for import duty/tax in their respective countries where applicable. For more details on this please contact your local customs authority.

All orders must be paid for in full before any goods will be shipped. All products are subject to availability and remain the property of Advance Canna until paid for in full.

Advance Canna does not share any information (personal or financial) with any third party.

Any pricing errors will result in you order being suspended. We will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfil your order at this price. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price. We shall give You the option of confirming the order at the correct price or if you so choose, to cancel the order altogether. In the instance that we cannot contact you, we will render the order cancelled and all payment refunded as per terms and conditions.

Under Section 6 of the UK Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 it is an offence to cultivate any plant of the genus Cannabis in the UK without a license from the Secretary of State. All seeds are sold as souvenirs only. Due to the fact that some countries legally allow growing of hemp seeds some specifics are documented. This data is normally distributed via the World Wide Web and is available internationally. It is supplied to us by the breeder. Advance Canna can accept no responsibility if you choose to break the law. Please don’t.

Council Regulation (EC) No 1672/2000 of 27 July 2000 amending Regulation (EC) No 1251/1999 establishing a support system for producers of certain arable crops, to include flax and hemp grown for fibre.

If on receipt the goods are faulty then please take the following steps:

  • Complete the return form enclosed with goods and send back within 14 days of receipt
  • Please pay the return postage and send back by recorded delivery so you have a proof of posting
  • We can repair a faulty product within the first 28 days (or replace it depending on the fault)
  • If the item is in stock we will replace it immediately. If not we will give a credit note or a refund with postage
  • Postage will not be charged on replacement/repair of faulty goods

If on receipt you are not happy with your goods please take the following steps:

  • Complete the return form enclosed with goods and send back within 14 days of receipt
  • Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received

If you are not satisfied with any of the products, please notify us within 14 days, and return the goods to us.

  • Please send products back as they were received.
  • We will not replace any products after 28 days.
  • If product cannot be repaired or replaced we will give you credit note or a refund.
  • Please make sure that you have clearly read any instructions that may have come with the product, or may be displayed on our website, as products found not to be faulty when they come back to us, will be sent back to you at your cost. Please note that our return policy also applies.

We hope you’re satisfied with any purchase you’ve made or the service you’ve received from Advance Canna, and that you’ll never have reason to complain – but if there’s something you’re not happy with, we’d like you to contact us straight away.
